Bruce Springsteen nuevo trabajo

Este viernes, 23 de septiembre, Bruce Springsteen ha publicado, coincidiendo con su 67 aniversario, un nuevo álbum. Un nuevo disco, titulado Chapter and Verse, que llega como complemento de su autobiografía Born to Run, que saldrá a la venta el próximo 27 de septiembre. Conformado por 18 pistas (5 de ellas inéditas), seleccionadas por el propio cantante, las canciones incluidas en este nuevo disco son las que mejor representan las temáticas y las secciones del libro, según su autor. Desde un par de temas compuestos con su grupo del instituto (‘The Castiles’), en los que se puede escuchar a un Springsteen adolescente a la guitarra y a la voz, hasta ‘Wrecking Ball’ (la canción que da título a su álbum de 2012). En resumen, dieciocho canciones que recorren su carrera musical, desde sus orígenes, contando una historia paralela a la que se describe en el libro. Entre las rarezas se incluyen una demo en solitario de ‘Henry Boy’, registrada poco antes de que el músico comenzase a grabar su primer álbum de estudio (Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J.). Entre el material inédito, Chapter and Verse también llega con letras y fotos nunca antes vistas.

This Friday, September 23, Bruce Springsteen has released, coinciding with its 67th anniversary, a new album. A new album, titled Chapter and Verse, which comes as a complement to his autobiography Born to Run, which goes on sale next September 27. Comprised of 18 tracks (5 of them unpublished), selected by the singer himself, the songs on this new album are the ones that best represent the themes and sections of the book, according to its author. For a couple of songs written with his group of high school ( 'The Castiles'), where you can listen to a Springsteen teenager on guitar and vocals, to 'Wrecking Ball' (the title track to his album 2012). In short, eighteen songs that cover her musical career, from its origins, telling a parallel story to that described in the book. Among the rarities a demo solo 'Henry Boy', recorded shortly before the musician comenzase to record their first studio album (Greetings From Asbury Park) are included. Among the unpublished material, Chapter and Verse also comes with letters and never before seen photos.
