Just over a year and a half ago, Greta Van Fleet took to the stage with her debut single, "Highway Tune." Two EPs and several hits later, the Michigan hard rockers have finally released their full-length debut album, Anthem of the Peaceful Army. Anthem was recorded in Nashville and Royal Oak, Michigan with production trio Marlon Young, Al Sutton and Herschel Boone (aka The Rust Brothers). The album's 10 tracks were co-written by Greta Van Fleet's four members: twins Josh (vocals) and Jake Kiszka (guitars), her brother Sam (bass) and drummer Danny Wagner. Follows the pair of 2017 EPs, Black Smoke Rising and From the Fires. Speaking about how his specific and reverential version of backward rock blues has been so successful over the past two years, Sam told Premier Guitar: “I think what really sets us apart is when our music arrives. .
